Computer Outfitting
- Custom-ordered based on your needs
- Handle delivery and initial setup including data transfer and configuration to work with your internet connection, printer, and any extra peripherals (i.e. scanners, cordless keyboards)
Virus & Malware Removal
- We try using free tools, but if we don’t feel confident that the infection is removed we may put your initial payment toward a higher level of service (prices range from $75-$250)
- We will recommend solutions to prevent infections in the future
Data Recovery
- Multiple media types supported, including: Mac or PC hard drives, external hard drives, USB flash drives, or media drives
- If no data can be recovered there is no charge
Networking
- We can ensure that all your devices have wireless internet access and that your network is secure

We believe that when your computer comes in, it should come back to you in a condition that is the same or better. For that reason, whenever we take equipment with us for repair, we make sure to clean laptop screens so there are no fingerprints. For desktops we are sure to clean and remove dust before returning your equipment to you. We will also be sure to keep you posted of your repair status as well as the estimated cost of repair. If additional labor or parts have to be purchased to complete the job we will be sure to get approval before proceeding.
